A swap-free account, also known as an Islamic account, is a type of trading account that is designed to comply with Islamic principles. In Islamic finance, earning or paying interest (known as "riba") is prohibited. Therefore, a swap-free account is an account that does not charge or pay any interest on positions held overnight. Instead of earning or paying interest, swap-free accounts may have other fees or charges associated with them. These fees are typically structured to comply with Islamic principles and ensure that the account holder does not earn or pay interest. To open a swap-free account with Eurotrader, you need to provide proof of your Islamic faith to their back office team at [email protected] 1. If you have further questions or need more information about swap-free accounts, you can contact Eurotrader's dedicated support team at [email protected]

In the event of card cancellation, banks are required to support specific transactions, such as processing refunds, typically for a minimum of six months. Therefore, we kindly request that you facilitate the withdrawal of your funds to the card originally used for your deposit, even if that card is no longer active. Subsequently, your funds will be transferred to your new card, which is associated with the same bank account as your previously cancelled card. If the bank account linked to the card has been entirely closed, we would require evidence of the account closure in order to be able to process your withdrawal directly to your new account.

Eurotrader strives to process all withdrawal requests promptly during working hours. If a request is received outside of working hours, it will be addressed on the next working day. The duration for your withdrawal to be finalized is contingent on the chosen payment method: - SEPA transfers typically reflect within the same business day. - International Bank Transfers may take 3-5 business days, subject to your bank's processing times. - Card withdrawals may require approximately 5-7 working days. - Skrill withdrawals are received instantly.

Eurotrader does not impose any fees on deposits or withdrawals, however, you may be subject to fees from your corresponding bank, particularly in the case of bank transfers and exchange rate fees where applicable.
